We are thrilled to announce that ngage has achieved the BCORP certification!
Two years ago, our board of directors gave us the green light to embark on this mission, and since then, our BCORP journey has been in full swing!
To kick off the process, our dedicated team of ngagers worked together to gather information and fulfil the necessary requirements and after submitting our form in February 2022 and waiting patiently for the review process and audit, we were overjoyed to receive the news: we are officially BCORP certified!
While this achievement marks a significant milestone, it's just the beginning of our journey !
We are committed now to maintaining the BCORP standard and continuously improving. Every 3 years, our certification will be re-evaluated, challenging us to strive for an even higher score.
But why is this certification so important for us?
Becoming BCORP certified allows us to turn our objectives into concrete actions and implement tangible solutions that will have a greater impact on our business and make us better. More than a label, it is a commitment to continuous improvement and to consider the impact of our decisions on all stakeholders.
